PRODUCTION PARTNER
We digitize and grade your pattern according to industry standards or your grading rules. To ensure the best return on investment and waste minimization, we optimize fabric utilization by creating markers out of the patterns. Our secure warehouse offers you the capability to ship your fabric directly from your supplier. We can also store leftover materials for future orders. After placing the markers on our cutting tables, we bundle the pieces and ship them to professional sewing contractors that will sew your product to precision. Lastly, we can ship to your distribution center.
CUTTING

SEWING
With over 30 years of experience in the apparel industry, and having started the business in New York's Garment District, we have built a reliable network of sewing contractors. Depending on your production load and specifications, we can refer you to a variety of cutting rooms in the tri-state area.
DIGITIZING & GRADING
Grading remains an essential step in collection development. Once the basic pattern has been produced and the technical specifications defined, the garment is then digitized. Our experienced pattern makers digitize your paper patterns for easy alterations, expert grading, and marker creation. Our grading department utilizes the latest and most advanced Lectra software to digitize and grade your pattern. These advanced systems allow for compatibility with major designers and manufacturers worldwide. We ensure you achieve maximum support in getting this essential element of production perfect.

We provide you with accurate temperature and pressure requirements in accordance with fabric restrictions. At DCC, we stress we handle all of your fusing needs. Heat transfer, also known as digital transfer, printing is a newer decorative and branding method used on fabrics. The ink is thermally transferred from the paper onto your fabric using heat and pressure. We can strategically place, and heat transfer flocked CAD-cut, reflective, and full-color print pieces straight on to your garment.
